1. Services offered:

The website www.privilegesthetique.com only offers beauty and wellness services, provided in our institutes in Montreux and Clarens.

2. Reservation:

Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person. Confirmation will be sent by email or text message.

3. Cancellation:

Cancellations must be notified at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations may result in a fee.

4. Price:

Prices are listed in Swiss francs (CHF), including VAT where applicable. Rates are subject to change without notice.

5. Responsibility:

Privilege Esthétique declines all responsibility in the event of an unforeseen reaction to a treatment, except in cases of proven negligence.

6. Applicable law:

These terms and conditions are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the legal venue is Montreux.
